Are your products 100% natural?
Yes. Our herbs, roots, seeds and powders are single-ingredient products with no added chemicals, colours or preservatives.
How long does delivery take?
Orders are dispatched within 1–2 working days and usually arrive 3–7 working days later. Delivery is free above ₹499; below that it's ₹49.
Do you offer Cash on Delivery?
Not at the moment. All orders are paid securely online at checkout by UPI, card or netbanking.
How do I track my order?
We send your tracking number by WhatsApp/email when the order ships. You can also enter your order number and mobile on the Track Order page, or log in to see all your orders.
How should I store the products?
Keep the pack tightly closed in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and moisture. Always use a dry spoon.
Can I take these products with my medicines?
Please consult your doctor or a qualified Ayurvedic practitioner first, especially if you're pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take regular medication.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Contact us within 48 hours with photos and your order number and we'll send a free replacement or refund. See Returns & Refunds for details.
Can I cancel my order?
Yes, before it's dispatched. Just message us on WhatsApp with your order number.
