These terms apply to your use of this website and to every order you place with Swapnil Agency ("Ayur Pal's", "we"). By placing an order you agree to them.

Products and information

• Our products are natural herbal food products. Descriptions of traditional Ayurvedic uses are for information only. They are not medical advice and the products are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease.
• Consult a qualified healthcare professional before use, especially if you are pregnant, nursing, have a medical condition or take medication.
• Natural products vary slightly in colour, aroma and texture from batch to batch. Pack photos may differ slightly from the product you receive.

Prices and payment

• All prices are in Indian Rupees and include applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. Delivery charges are shown at checkout.
• We may change prices at any time; the price at the time you place your order applies.
• If a product is listed at an obviously wrong price because of an error, we may cancel the order and refund any payment in full.

Orders

• An order is accepted once we confirm it by message or email. We may decline or cancel orders, for example if an item is out of stock, the address can't be served, or we suspect fraud, and will refund any payment in full.
• Coupons are subject to their stated conditions and can't be exchanged for cash.

Use of the website

Don't misuse the site: no attempts to break its security, scrape it in bulk or submit false information. Reviews you post must be honest and your own; we may moderate or remove them.

Liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any order is limited to the amount you paid for it. Nothing in these terms limits your rights under the Consumer Protection Act, 2019.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts at Ahilyanagar, Maharashtra have jurisdiction.
