Privacy Policy

This policy explains how Swapnil Agency ("Ayur Pal's", "we") handles your personal data when you use this website, in line with India's Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023.

What we collect

• Order details: name, mobile number, email (optional), delivery address and the products you buy.
• Account details: your mobile number when you log in with a one-time code, plus any name/email you add.
• Messages: what you send us through the contact form, WhatsApp or email.
• Reviews and newsletter: reviews you submit and your email if you subscribe.

We don't store your card, UPI or bank details. Payments are handled entirely by Razorpay.

How we use it

• To process, deliver and support your orders, including sending order and delivery updates by SMS, WhatsApp and email.
• To let you log in and see your order history.
• To send our newsletter, only if you subscribed. You can unsubscribe at any time.
• To prevent fraud and misuse, and to meet legal and tax obligations.

We don't sell your personal data.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers needed to run the store, and only what each one needs:

• Razorpay (payments)
• Courier partners and Shiprocket (delivery: your name, phone and address)
• MSG91 (login codes by SMS), Meta WhatsApp and Resend (order messages)
• Vercel and Neon (website hosting and secure database)

We may also disclose data where required by law.

Cookies

We use only essential cookies: one to keep you logged in and your cart saved on your device. We don't use advertising or tracking cookies.

How long we keep it

Order records are kept for at least 8 years for tax and accounting purposes. Account and newsletter data is kept until you ask us to delete it.

Your rights

You can ask to see, correct or delete your personal data, or withdraw consent for marketing, by contacting our Grievance Officer below. We'll respond within 30 days.
